If you are creating a biodata on behalf of a family member, you represent that you have their consent to share their personal information on this platform.

You may browse the public portions of BioData.org and create a biodata draft without registering. To save your biodata, access matchmaking features, or manage your profile, you must create an account through our OAuth login system. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Free and Paid Services

3.1 Free Features

The following features are available to all users at no cost: creating and editing biodata profiles, downloading biodata as PDF, sharing biodata via WhatsApp, email, or link, and receiving feedback from invited reviewers.

3.2 Free Platform Features

All features on BioData.org are completely free, including biodata creation, browsing profiles, Kundli compatibility matching, compatibility analysis and scoring, and match recommendations. No payment or subscription is required.

4. Free Service

BioData.org is a completely free platform. All features are provided at no cost. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future, in which case we will update these terms and notify users accordingly.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your biodata profile
Create profiles for persons who have not consented to being listed
Upload photos of individuals without their permission
Harass, abuse, or threaten other users through the platform
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Attempt to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform
Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls
Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful files
Impersonate another person or entity
Use the platform for commercial solicitation, advertising, or spam

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. Content Ownership and License

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to BioData.org, including your profile information, photos, and text. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service. This license terminates when you delete your content or account.

6.2 Our Content

The BioData.org website, design, logo, text, graphics, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

7. Profile Sharing and Visibility

When you publish your biodata profile, you acknowledge that certain information will be visible to subscribed users on the browse page. You control sharing through invite links and can unpublish your profile at any time to remove it from public browse results. Shared links provide read-only access; recipients cannot edit your profile.

8. Matchmaking and Compatibility

BioData.org provides matchmaking tools including Kundli compatibility analysis, personality compatibility scoring, and AI-powered match suggestions. These features are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of compatibility scores or the success of any match. All matchmaking decisions are ultimately yours and your family's to make.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioData.org and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from interactions with other users. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon deletion, we will permanently remove your profile, photos, invites, compatibility data, and all associated information. We may also terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the platform.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
